An estimated 5000 people marched through the streets Geneva, Switzerland this Saturday. The protests taking place in opposition to the World Trade Organisation (WTO) taking place there, erupted into riots.
Anarchists smashed windows of banks and other symbols of capitalism.
According to the Associated Press, Eric Grandjean, a police spokesman, said Black Bloc protesters also threw fire bombs at police from the march.
Police used stun grenades, tear gas and water canons to try and disperse crowds. 14 arrests where made.
