This EP embodies everything I love about split releases, two bands playing exciting and enjoyable songs, without overlapping musically greatly or clashing at all.

Yesterday a publicity meeting in London for an IDF colonel, Geva Rapp, was disrupted by over 100 protestors. The meeting had been called so the colonel could advertise his pro-war book and talk about the recent Israeli invasion of Gaza. The following is a first person account of what happened at the demonstration on Euston Road.
I am extremely pleased that I trusted my weakness for eye-catching artwork and gave this a listen, because it is a fantastic hardcore punk release.
To those of you who already know and love Attack! Vipers! and Astpai, this split does exactly what it says on the tin; eight tracks, including one Nerve Agents cover by Astpai, all in the excellent hardcore stylings we’ve come to expect from these two bands.

Broadway Calls played Fest and I didn’t go. Now I’m a bit gutted about this. I am informed by reliable sources that they were really good, and I don’t doubt that from the sounds of this CD.
They are a pop-punk band from Oregon, and this is their full-length CD. However they have just signed to [...]
In the past few weeks the student population has seeing a huge shift in the political activity away from the apathetic image that has become stereotype in the UK. The number of students taking action in solidarity with Gaza continues to grow. This week has seen victories in various universities across the UK whilst others face repression from university staff, security and police.
Long story short, I was stuck in New Zealand for five months with only about four CDs, one of which was The Riot Before’s previous EP, ‘So Long The Lighthouse’. Fortunately it was amazing, so I jumped on their new album like a junkie on his next fix.
They’ve evolved from the lead singer’s original acoustic [...]
